Very disappointing experience. The older gentleman with a white beard and heavier build was extremely rude and unprofessional, not only toward customers but also toward his coworkers. His behavior created a very negative atmosphere and ruined our visit. When I tried to get help from the other employees, he wouldn’t even allow them to assist me. I been doing business with other branches but this Asheville NC branch is terrible I bought a SUV from them the front tires was flat and battery was dead brought the vehicle home got a new battery replaced it came to realized the vehicle transmission was bad I called them day later let them know what happened they told me when the vehicle leave the lot they are not responsible for it but the description says that the car was running and drive now I don’t have money to replace the transmission I am stocked with the vehicle.
