Terrible Very disappointing experience with this agency and my advisor, John Michael Masella. I asked my advisor to arrange for my husband to act as trustee for the portions of my life insurance benefit belonging to our minor daughters. He told me that it was done. However, when I eventually contacted iA Customer Service myself, I discovered that nothing had been completed and that there was a specific form I needed to fill out and submit.
