I was in an accident early this year and when trying to file a claim the process has been absurd. Its been 8 months since and I haven't received a penny from what they owe, even the dealership I purchased the car through has emailed them asking how they can expedite the process with no success. The agreement is clear as day that they owe me for rental fees paid of out pocket.
