The worst customer service. I asked a simple question about travel insurance coverage while pregnant and was met with a rude attitude and not answering the question I asked. Furthermore it takes iA up to 10 business days to send a detailed description of policy coverage. Withholding policy coverage and terms from a paying customer feels illegal.
Tried to withdraw RESP money for education and still waiting after almost a month of them reviewing it. Very slow and it seems like they don’t care about the customer and their needs.
