I had a truly refreshing experience with Tim and Erol. Their friendly demeanor and no-pressure sales approach made looking for a car a pleasure. I bought a car two months ago from IA, and I travelled a long way to get it, IA is a very professional company, the car was as expected but it developed a few issues soon after I left the premises. I called over the phone to inform them of the problems and without questions they agree to refund my losses. They were under no obligation to do so, rather a moral one. The owners of the business are gentlemen. I am pleased with the car and the service I received.
