Pam, Amanda and James were great!
We stopped in to look at a travel trailer we found on the website. After a couple of hours we decided to buy the camper. The people made it easy for us to move forward. No pressure and definitely people who wanted to hear about what we were looking for. They made this an enjoyable experience for us.
I'll start by saying I don't think there was any malicious or deceptive intent on the dealer's part when it comes to our interactions. However, there was too much miscommunication for me to feel comfortable purchasing from this dealer. I wanted to purchase 2017 Coachmen Mirada they currently have for sale. I paid for an independent inspection to confirm its condition, which came back showing 69 ppm of manganese in the transmission fluid (see attached).
