Excellent service. Prompt communication. New tires, wheel re-packed, added lap sealant to roof, cleaned AC cover, installed new tongue jack -- all professionally accomplished. They also proactively noticed that my awning on my 2015 Jayco was reaching end of life and provided a quote to replace it. Will be back in a couple months to get that done.
first time here..had a plumbing problem..Onboarding was smooth, Curtis kept me informed of repairs. When we picked up the unit Patrick went over all the repairs ,showed us pictures of the old parts and we discussed what may have happened. Customer service from beginning to end!!! THANKS!

I75RV is a joke. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely disorganized. I spoke directly with the owner, Patrick Massey, and gave him detailed info about my RV issues. He promised they could fix it and booked me for 8AM Friday. I confirmed it with him the night before. My wife and I arrived early. The place wasn’t open—locked, dark, and empty. By 8:25AM, still no sign of life. A person from the next building told me Patrick rarely shows up before 10. When someone finally showed up, there was no record of me. No appointment... read more
