I will be honest it feels a little awkward the way the initial interaction happens. You call a number, someone might pickup or not (there is background noise), you leave a message. They call back. There is no office and no one is at the address without appointment. things look a little off initially. But at the end they complete the process very smoothly and very helpful. I got the exact same feedback from 2 of my friends also. So just go by the reviews even if you are not comfortable at first :)
