I'll start with the positive! * the RV we purchased is the size and equipped as we wanted * Brett was very kind * they swapped out the non-working generator with another they had at their lot The negative... :( * when telling us they do a walk-thru to make sure appliances/equipment work....we just assumed (yes, that's our bad) that meant everthing - when my husband got the coach home, the A/C unit won't work, the fridge won't work on LP, heater isn't very strong working....he called in an RV repairman to look it over and tur... read more
Had the pleasure of working with Brett and Hank over the last week. We went to I5 last weekend to look at a specific motorhome, which Brett showed us. We realized it was not for us, Brett suggested another motorhome they had and showed it to us even though it was a class a which my wife was against (they look like a toaster).
