Ordered fan for semi on March 17 immediately got confirmation of order . Tracked on shop and part should arrive between 3/27 and 3/31. No updates available. Called on 3/27 and was told part was now shipped. Called on 4/1 and was told order was cancelled right after order was processed. No cancellation notice was sent. Cancellation notice was sent while I was on phone with them. Crappy customer service and very poor attitude. Wil not ever contact again.
I ordered my part theytook my money the first day haven't heard from them since phone number they give just hangs up on you they will not answer their emails
I ordered a small part air connector online which I paid 12 dollars just for shipping around 10 days ago and it hasn't shipped yet and no updates on my order tried to contact them to cancel the order they don't pick up the phone and will not respond to emails. Do not recommend 0/10
