Incredible gym, outstanding hospitality. Dropped in while in Aiken, SC for work--they graciously set up a way for me to access the gym after hours same day. It's hard to find a gym with strongman equipment while traveling; i3 had everything I needed for my training. Folks in the gym were welcoming and friendly when I had questions. Well worth the 35 minute drive for me! Highly recommend.
I started at I3 back in early 2020 and have nothing but good things to say. The culture there is unbeatable. Some people might find this kind of gym intimidating, but they’re very welcoming to people at all athletic levels, from beginner to professionals. I worked with the owner training for powerlifting and I accomplished more than I ever thought I could. Great people, great equipment, and the best gym in the CSRA!
Haven't even been to this gym to lift but have been by to check it out a while back, I'm at golds now but I'm switching today to i3p. I've followed them for a while on IG and all I've seen is hard-core lifting no ac no social event or people standing around talking constantly like they do at golds. Got tired of dressing like a Eskimo to work out and hardly sweating bc of the ac wide open at golds and people just talking and hogging the equipment. Golds has turned into a complete JOKE.....
