Professional and friendly. Nathan fixed up some existing wiring for us and added new wire for a hardwired smoke alarm. He's a busy guy, so sometimes getting an appointment can take a few days.
Nathan is fantastic to work with. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He's reasonably priced and will bill in 15 minute increments, so no "minimum 1/2 hour charge" for 10 minutes worth of work, which was great! He was very communicative which is a rarity in the service industry in this town. Usually you're told "sometime between 8 am and 5 pm." Gee...thanks.
