By far the worse place I have worked in 46 years, I handed in my resignation after 7 weeks at their Head Office in Holton Heath. The way staff are treated and spoken to by management is appalling, staff turnover is huge and the company is incapable of learning from their past mistakes.

A truly disgusting place to work ( Chesterfield Branch ). During my brief tenure there I witnessed racism, favouritism ( depending on what Team Leader you get depends on how you're scored on reviews ). Positions are advertised internally when the job has already been given to a friend of the management, and God help someone who you get on with gets promoted, they will change so quickly. Worst place to ever work. Senior members of staff constantly judging, looking over your shoulder and questioning every little thing you do. They make you feel like your a peace of mud on their shoe. When you ask for help they give you attitude. Worst place to ever excist. I do not recommend working there is tou suffer with mental health issues.
