Very friendly and didn’t harass me to purchase. We prepared paperwork online and when arrived I was in and out in less then 30min
Scam artists. Had pre approved loan, said we couldn't buy car unless we financed through them for 3 months. Wait until you hear the reason... The price they are selling the car for had them losing $2k so we had to finance through them because of that reason. I asked 3 times and I asked how are you going to make up $2k in 3 months?!? Interest rates for 3 months. That is how scam artists work, now you know where all the used car dealer jokes come from!!! Dropped off jeep for multiple codes and informed them needed back by the 20th. They not only did the repairs but made sure I was back on the road by needed back date. We have always taken our vehicles to I20 dodge and appreciate the great customer service we receive.
