This company is a SHAM!!! Cleaned my carpeted steps (10 plus landing) and took him literally less than 10 minutes after leaving water from machine that leaked all over my hard wood floor. He said he couldn’t do edges because of machine and left those visibly dusty. I used my owned carpet cleaner immediately and after only 2 steps water was completely black!!
