If there was a way to change stars to turds, this place gets five. My order was started in March and today the final pieces were delivered after numerous assurances and yes, promises the order would be complete at earlier dates. I have designed and ordered many shirts and never has it taken any longer than three weeks. Was this a large order? No, 9 shirts, three hats and cards.....unacceptable by any business standard. Sorry for your dissatisfaction with the delay in your order. After final approval of the free custom art for your order (on Saturday, May 4th), we delivered in 12 business days.
