Umma give them 5 stars! Because honestly, I've been buying their hair for a second, but they really went above and beyond for me! I ordered their hair during their sale period, and it takes up to 7 to 10 days to process the orders with the volume of orders. WHAT A WASTE OF $775 I’ve been wearing iwearglam for about 8 years my wigs usually last 5 years no tangle no mat. Recently I ordered more straight hair/closure so many flyaways and instantly it started tangling bad at the nape and on the ends I had to cut my 30inch within the second week of wearing it. Unfortunately I won’t be shopping here anymore.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!! I ordered about 2 months ago and after several emails they finallly said they were going to refund my money. I decided to give them amother try a few months after and guess what? After 2 weeks NOTHING was delivered. All emails and phone calls went unanswered. I had to file a dispute with my bank. If you are reading this, DO NOT ORDER from them because there is a very strong possibility you will not receive your order.
Refunded my order because i asked for an order update several times with NO RESPONSE even after full 4 days. Got an email that my order was refunded with no explanation. Very unprofessional. I wanted to try their hair out but I’ll stick to Kendra’s boutique like i have for years. Waste of time and energy. Buyer beware.
