Had a very good experience with I want energy met with the owner to discuss a problem with our inverter after discussion about the problem we were offered a new inverter at no cost being on a pension we were more that happy with the result Rob was very helpful I will definitely come back and recommend people
From quote to completion I Want Energy have been a pleasure to do business with. The price was very competitive and service outstanding. Ian did a desktop plan with me which he then refined with an onsite visit. The companies installers were efficient and personable taking just 2 days to set the system up. The app attached to the system, running through my WiFi, is very good, letting me see how efficiently the system is. Really friendly until you have problems with your solar system, don't return calls, dismissive and rude. Not happy
I Want Energy provided excellent service. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly and hard- working, staying until after 7 to finish the job. Ian and Alex provided excellent after sales service and training.
