Pedicure was good
Some of the nail techs here are good, but it is absolutely rare that you will get them. I've come here a couple times to try and see if it was a one time bad experience but my last couple of experiences have been horrible. The soak off process for acrylics is sooo damaging and painful they take a fake nail and rip off the acrylic under it it hurts so bad. Such an amazing pedicure. Very relaxing atmosphere. Will be returning.
They were 30 minutes late to my appointment. We came in a group and they got the first one in right away so we wouldn’t leave. I had scheduled for a soak off, manicure & pedicure. I didn’t get my pedicure because there was no time & they didn’t even acknowledge it. My nail tech said my nails were dry & then they chipped/got messed up before I even left. They in fact didn’t dry for a whole hour after I was gone. Their manicures also don’t come with any kind of lotion or hand massage which was very weird to me. Just highly dis... read more
OMG. The worse pedicure ever in my life. He removed my gel nail polish with the grinder and burnt me thru the nail. Then proceeded to grind another nail and cut my cuticle. Went in thinking I was going for a nice, relaxing pedicure. Ended up just settling for the basic so I could get the heck out of there.
