I use to love this salon. The past few months when I come here, the employees aren’t friendly. Feels like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. I got the sloppiest pedicure by one of the older women that works there. The polish was stuck to my skin. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed. When getting a mani they try and get away without giving a massage. That’s literally my favorite part. On top of all the sloppiness, they will try and put a surcharge if you pay with a debit card(which is illegal)!

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I called ahead and made an appointment for 12 PM, and they confirmed they could take me at that time — which is the only reason I drove all the way there. When I arrived, I ended up waiting 30 minutes with zero communication. When I politely asked about the delay, the staff was dismissive and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I will not return here. I gave it 3 chances. The first time, the man who did my nails was rude and had an attitude towards me. He didnt talk to me at all and when he finished, he just walked away. The second time the girl overcharged me by $5 for my fill. She told me fills are $50 and she charged me $55 plus the $3 credit card fee. It was a simple fill, i didnt add anything on.
