Ian was professional and on time. He has good workmanship and completed the job in one day. In our case, completing the job in one day meant that the overall service felt rushed. I did not feel valued as a customer as although he had promised to go that extra mile, he had disappointed me and I felt let down. As a customer, I feel I have every right to voice my opinion. On the day, he had promised to come back out of "goodwill" to cover the pipes on my boiler. I understand it was not agreed in the service or part of the deal ... read more

Avoid at all cost..Ian is just a cowboy plumb.Give him a job and he will add up items costing you more than initially agreed,he will cut corners to rush back to other jobs.Too unprofessional,rude and arrogant, avoid .avoid

Unprofessional, unskilled and very rude. They can't do the job and find execuses, they cost me a lot as they cancel on the day they promised to deliver the job for a childish reason. Avoid them, You can find many other skilled and reliable plumbers in Coventry
