Michael is extremely unreliable. He promised a one-year warranty on the installation, but when problems came up, he refused to honor it. Every time I called, he would say he was “checking the schedule,” but then he stopped answering my calls altogether. Both the heating and cooling systems have had issues, yet he has not come back to inspect or fix the problems. Based on my experience, he does not stand behind his work or provide proper customer service. I would strongly caution others before hiring him.
Do not be fooled by Michael. The workers he sends are unqualified and perform low-quality work. The A/C unit they installed has no valid warranty, and when problems arise, he does not answer calls or provide support. Based on my experience, his license should be reviewed and potentially revoked. I would strongly caution others before hiring him.
We had a great experience with I & T Electrical. Mike's team installed recessed lights, quiet bathroom fans, and moved a fixture. They were on time, the work was high quality and they were very neat. They covered our furniture and swept when they were done. The price was very fair. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
Needed some help with modern lighting after another electrician failed! Mike & his team were GREAT! Friendly & professional!
