I hate making bad reviews. The people were pleasant to deal with however…. Many times when we tried to go to the unit to retrieve camping gear etc for a trip the code would not work. It was blamed on the nearby construction messing with the lines. So very inconvenient to not be able to access belongings and no one to help ever. No calls answered or returned on more then 20 occasions when messages left over the several months we had the unit. Absolute worst lack of communication ever. I only used the storage unit for one month and it was broken into. Thieves stole some tools and other valuable items. All they needed to do was cut a very small padlock to the outside gate and then cut the flimsy locking mechanism on the unit. Management said there was no way they would compensate me for my stolen items. So my advice is don't put anything of valve in there. The place is not secure.
Had a small hiccup in the beginning but owner called and fixed it immediately. Very nice man. Storage units are nice and clean.
