This is the first time I ever had a sofa/carpet cleaned. I had spilled BLACK tea on a cream color sofa and tried to remove it without great success. I actually went to the I-Steam website on a SUNDAY night of a holiday weekend. I ‘chatted’ with a manager and by then end of the chat had booked an appointment for Wednesday. Mr. Romaro was the technician who came and did the work. He was friendly and professional. The sofa looks like new and a very difficult stain on the rug is barely detectable.
