Pretty disappointed. The service was cheap so I didn't expect perfect, but I left my waxing appointment with damaged skin, bruises, and lots of missed hair. Despite multiple requests for my wax technician to pull the skin tight before ripping, and even offering to do it myself, she just said "I will" and then... didn't. She went over the same spots multiple times in the same manner. This resulted in an unnecessary amount of pain and damage to my skin. For the $80 that I paid I’m very disappointed. Each one of my nails are different lengths, the French tips are totally different shapes, some are significantly shorter and they are all not straight. The service and quality are equally poor and not worth $80. I would recommend avoiding asking for French tips or short nails because you will not get what you asked for.
I have been getting my nails done by Linda for over a year, and I couldn’t be happier with her work! She is professional, attentive, and always does an excellent job. My nails always look beautiful, and she makes every appointment a pleasant experience. I’m very satisfied with her service and highly recommend her!”
