I had a pedi which pretty much consisted of tepid water and toe polish, 15 second massage and that was it. I got gel polish and the UV light kept breaking. The massage chairs are so bad they actually hurt. Its a Saturday and im the only one in there so I now realize why!! Get to the counter and she said 60$. Because it was a no frills basic wash feet and toe polish, I said put a 5$ tip on. She spent approximatly 25-30 minutes on the entire pedi. The two ladies who waited on myself and my college friend were fantastic. They did a thorough job but I felt the manager was rushing them to finish because more people were coming in even though they had appointments but they were early for their appointment.

Received a powder dip manicure from iSpa recently for the first time recently. In my experience, an average powder dip, which costs $50+, should last at least 2-3 weeks without the polish chipping off of my natural nails. I can usually go 4 weeks between powder manicures at other salons With iSpa, one full nail of polish chipped and flaked off per day for 10 consecutive days. So 10 days after paying $50 plus tip, there was no polish left on any of my nails. I went in to ask about it and they said I should have come in sooner... read more

No stars if I could. I took my mother-in-law here for a mani/pedi. I only wanted my nails evened out. Neither of us wanted nail polish. Both of our finger nails were cut way too short. They actually hurt after. My mother-in-law’s manicure was done very quickly while she was sitting in the pedicure chair getting her feet done. No nail soak, no creams, no arm massage, no cuticle cut. They rushed us out although there was nobody else in the shop. We were still charged full price with tip expected. We will not be returning.
