great massage, just the right amount of pressure. staff was super friendly.
The massage was okay but the ambience was the real highlight and stole the show. Serene space, soothing details and a genuinely relaxing environment. Tranquil, thoughtfully designed and instantly calming.
This establishment has three locations Lake Stevens Kirkland and Mill Creek each location varies in quality. However, my visit at Mill Creek was horrible if a massage therapist is doing a bad job and you’re paying a lot of money for massage. You should be allowed to let them know nicely but at this place they get upset they snap at you to yell so I decided to leave I do not recommend this place.
I was suffering from serious back pain and went to get a massage to help. I saw Esther for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten, her hands are magical and healing. I woke up the next day feeling relief from my back pain. Would recommend to anyone Josh
I visited I SPA for the first time with my husband for a couples’ relaxation massage, and we truly enjoyed it. Later, I decided to schedule a solo spa evening on one of my days off. I carefully looked through the services they offer. I had been dealing with back pain for a long time, so I booked a deep tissue massage. I also added a body scrub and a sauna session.
