Massage was great, my first professional massage so I am unsure of what to look for but felt great. Checking out was where it went downhill. I am already paying $135 for a 90 min massage and she thinks my tip isn't high enough saying it's a lot of hard work and stared me down. I understand tipping but straight up asking for more made me extremely uncomfortable.
Left completely EXPOSED with the door wide open. There is no way these employees have licenses to massage. My masseuse had no idea what she was doing as far as massage goes. 15 mins into the massage she took all the blankets and coverings off me leaving me totally exposed and when I looked up I realized the door and curtains were wide open to the spa area. great massage, just the right amount of pressure. staff was super friendly.
The massage was okay but the ambience was the real highlight and stole the show. Serene space, soothing details and a genuinely relaxing environment. Tranquil, thoughtfully designed and instantly calming.
This establishment has three locations Lake Stevens Kirkland and Mill Creek each location varies in quality. However, my visit at Mill Creek was horrible if a massage therapist is doing a bad job and you’re paying a lot of money for massage. You should be allowed to let them know nicely but at this place they get upset they snap at you to yell so I decided to leave I do not recommend this place.
