Disappointed in this place. I came to ask about repair of my Microsoft Surface laptop that has a cracked screen. The clerk said the owner tells them to tell people they don't work on Surfaces because "you can't get good parts and it's just probably not worth fixing." Uh, it's a $2000 laptop, less than six months old, and Microsoft sells OEM screen assemblies online for $400. I found a number of competing stores willing to do the repair.
Blake was super helpful and efficient. Had my phone repaired in under 30 minutes!
