I tried this business based on reviews. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience with one of the employees. He was unable to fix my phone, but a few hours after my visit, the employee began flirting with me via text and was interested in a date. I thought this was inappropriate use of my contact info, so I left my first review on another site. Shortly thereafter, the owner contacted me via DM requesting I delete my review. It was apparent that he was more concerned about his ratings dropping than my bad experience.

Had screen replaced 4 months ago for $230 for their aftermarket screen - told me it was 99% same quality as OEM… have to lock/unlock at least twice a day to get screen to work since day 1… rep working says this is normal and acceptable. Yesterday, I dropped phone with case on… on my face - yup, embarrassing and minor - hurt me more than the phone… and the screen has a huge pixel damaged across screen - phone in excellent condition still and never left its case since day1… came in today and the rep working couldn’t care less ... read more

Repeat customer who does a thorough review of alternatives and has high expectations for these type of services, which this company surpassed in all areas. Paulo, lead technician was extremely cordial, exceptionally knowledgeable, very attentive to my requirements, provided excellent options, and beat the time period for the repairs. 10 star rating without question.
