Worst experience ever!!!! Great customer service at first... but if your dodgy quality item breaks or you realise it doesn't fit properly, then watch out! Don't ask for a refund, or you will have to endure a flat-out refusal and argue for your money back. They flat out refused to refund us for a dodgy item and kept saying it's our problem because they can't resell it. Then tried to sell us another dodgy over priced cover. The lady who served us here was the most kindest helpful person I have ever spoke too. She knew just what iPhone I had just by glancing at it and she helped me get exactly what I wanted.
Purchased screen protector with which I had some issues but the customer service from the shop was really very good specially . They initiate to contact me and solved my problem. Thank you so much. Appreciate it and definitely recommend it.
Worst experience I’ve had, paid for a good quality glass protector only lasted one week without having significantly dropped it. when I went back she suggested it was my fault and would not help
