My mother , daughter and I have been going here for the last 5 years but after the last experience, none of us are going back again. My shellac chipped off in a week and I went back to them for a redo. The workers there were extremely rude and refused to fix the issue . Nor did they let me speak to the manager or the owner. She cuts the phone on me when I call for the manager. The most horrible experience this time around. Please don’t bother going there !
I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Horrible service, got a pedicure and the polish peeled off within an hour. No refund very hard to communicate with them. Don’t waste your money here go to someone who’s well knowledged.
Horrible Experience. I have never posted a google review but today I will. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. Me , my mom and my sister have been coming here for over 10 years however after yesterday never again. The nail tech starts by yelling at my mom and telling her “hurry up I’ve gotten another client” speaking in the most rude tone ever. Terrible. I told them so many times to fix my nails and they kept saying no and doing what they wanted. The lady that did my nails literally was so rough my nails were bleeding from the sides and the nail file made several small cuts on my skin which burn. Never going here again.
