Wow is all I can say about Carlos and his integrity....to briefly sum up the disaster of a project which led to him holding our money hostage and not delivering a pool.....needless to say a Lawyer is now involved and we still don't have our money back, nor a completed pool. Simply an open rock pit in our backyard (for 7 months and counting) - Carlos/iPool are your typical South Florida scam artist of a company. Terrible, terrible experience all around. I would not recommend. Pay attention to the bad reviews, as it seems to be a theme. Mine has been a nightmare situation, poor work and very questionable business tactics. Stay away.
Carlos was very professional throughout our whole pool remodel! He maintained excellent communication and provided us with the best service. Throughout the remodel they maintained our outdoor space very clean and organized. We never felt as if we had a construction happening on our property. We highly recommend their service and we're very satisfied with the remodel!
Fast fair and came through on time. The work was clean and highly recommend their services.
