While I had been going to iOptique for years, when I purchased new glasses in late 2024, they first were fine until I had a cracked lens. This was odd and when I contacted them they were first very helpful in getting them fixed, however, after 3 times of having the same lens cracking in exactly the same spot, I asked them if they had repaired or replaced the lens. I Optique is a great place for both glasses and contacts. Both Jimmy and Ben are attentive, friendly, and have a great sense of fashion. When discussing with Jimmy the type of glasses I was looking for, the first set he showed me was the perfect one. The shading / transition colour of the lenses also look fantastic.
