Showed up early and was in and out for my USCG physical. Highly recommended.
Great service ! Charity was amazing and very professional got me in and out fast and answered any questions I had. The environment was friendly and hilarious would recommend to anyone !!
Front desk lady ruled! The females doctor incompetent and ruled! Do not go here for your DOT test!!! They into taking people lively hood from them and don’t care! I will be filing a complaint against them for being negligent and incompetent! Please stay away this company just want your money but care less about you as a person! Just sad! You only receive one star because it’s mandatory to post my complaint. The city need to closed this place down or replace the people because they give I&O a bad rep
Had a horrible experience not sure if it was because I am of hispanic decent or why the reason. I went to get my DOT done I GOT there around 9:00 and did not get seen till around 1:00. I would have understood if it were patients in front of me but another gentleman of color got there and he was there maybe 20 minutes and was seen, yet I was still there for 2 more hours.
This is the worst most unserious urgent care clinic I have ever seen. I would trust no one in there to treat any injury or ailment. Everyone there is in a constant state of confusion and simple tasks like releasing my medical information to me takes many weeks to complete. Every person who works there their credentials are so questionable after this experience. Not sure how they are open still.
