Michael is great, Jodi is not. If I could get classes coached only by Michael, I would still be a member. I was a member for 6-8 months several years ago. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and didn't leave a review right away because I did not want to let emotion affect my review. Sadly Jodi is pretty unpleasant, unlike other Crossfit gyms in the area, she does not allow any variation from prescribed wod. Awesome coaching and everyone is genuinely welcoming and friendly! Equipment is all kept organized and clean and in good condition. Don't get worried if you arrive and the entrance looks sketchy -- they are inside beyond where you see the "I/O" on the glass door.

Spent a few days in Cleveland and dropped in to I/O twice. Great experience. The gym is very well appointed--all the equipment is new and the space is clean. My first drop-in was an evening class with coach Marques who was awesome. My second was a Saturday class that was very challenging and very fun. Jodi and Michael, the owners, were very welcoming and the general vibe was so friendly. Highly recommended.

Great gym, good quality workouts. Pay very close attention to the contracts. There's no out, even for injury or loss of employment.
