Not helpful for me. I was told by customer service to go there and have them to call customer service and they would remove the 15.08 off my bill. They refused to call customer service and told me they didn’t do those things. Even after telling them what customer service said they still refuse. After 2 trips total of 256 miles with gas at 3.00 a gallon I got nothing done. Their guy had come to my house and worked on my phone for 4 house for nothing. If I could give zero I would. This is a waste of time going here because no one is ever there during their purported business hours. What a waste of time. I know its the only Boost store without having to drive an hour or more, but, do yourself a favor and just get a Tracphone from Walmart instead. I have called corporate too and nothing from them other than we will handle it.
It would be OK if they had someone that answers the phone in the office. How can you get customers when there is no one to call for answers. This is the store in Covington, Va.
Erika and Tony has made me feel like part of the family. I have enjoyed being with boost. They both make sure everything is well to go. Never been a issue, if there has been a issue with my phone, they have made sure to fix it before i left store or when i came in. Couldnt ask for better customer care and support or store to go. I 100% recommend them :)
