Had pelvic ultrasound done by a young, tall asian looking lady. She was great! Friendly, knows her stuff, very confident. She made me feel so at ease and my appointment was on time. Young ladies at reception were friendly. Older blonde one very unfriendly. Thanks for great service!
I have called back 3 times over 3 days, waiting up to an hour just to get through with no luck. Super frustrating, especially when they are asking me to reschedule an existing appointment via sms
I rang today for an appointment and got one straight away . Front desk was very nice and friendly. The technician 'Curtis ' was warm and reassuring to this old guy. Helpful in every way. Thank you Imed narellan for your excellent service.
The service was good but they made me wait for the mri scan photo for 35 minutes and I went to ask them about the MRI scan photos they told me sorry we forgot about you wait another 15 minutes
I had a bad experience doing my first pregnancy ultrasound. I was expecting hear my baby heart and also get some copies of the ultrasound and nothing. So disappointed because is my first time, as a new mum I just want to hear my baby hears so I know everything will be okay. So yep I left very sad, I payed $160 and now Im looking a different place to do the ultrasound, just wasting time, money and energy there.
