So inconvenient and has caused me major anxiety!! Trying to access very important ultrasounds. I logged in once only pictures!! WHERE IS MY REPORT!!!!!!! I am legally entitled to it!! The second time I tried to log in the code sent to my phone to did not work then tried for another, that also didn’t work and 2 more also didn’t work and it locked me out!!!! This is frustrating as these results are extremely important to me!! Being public holiday you should have sent my report with my images that I can’t read!!!
Today I had a CT scan on my pelvis and abdomen at the Narellan clinic. It was the first time I had experienced contrast dye. Curtis looked after me with the best bed side manner. He was warm; kind in his demeanour and most importantly, reassuring. He put my mind completely at ease, explaining every step of the process, whilst keeping me informed throughout the whole procedure. I’ve been a few times over the years for scans and everyone I’ve dealt with has been very friendly and helpful.
Had pelvic ultrasound done by a young, tall asian looking lady. She was great! Friendly, knows her stuff, very confident. She made me feel so at ease and my appointment was on time. Young ladies at reception were friendly. Older blonde one very unfriendly. Thanks for great service!
