At about 2:30pm on Wednesday 21 st October 2026. I phone I Med Radiology which I have been a loyal customer for some years I advise if a male was in 70s on full aged Pension and had to have bone scan was there any charge answer very no so nice yes there is a change. I booked thinking something was not right. I then called another Radiologist in are I asked the same question is there a charge for a male in his mid seventies. I called this morning from a Dr's surgery in Engadine, i cant remember who i spoke to but she was so helpful, she went out of her way to try and find an appt for our 1 month old patient who needed an ultrasound. Thank you for your customer service, it didn't go unnoticed.

Had to pop into I-MED Radiology Narellan for a CT cortisone injection and couldn't fault the place. The whole team was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The facilities are spotless and modern, and the staff talked me through the whole procedure so I knew what to expect. Quick, clean, and professional—definitely recommend them if you need any imaging done."

Exceptionally unhelpful receptionist. Trying to book an MRI, was referred here as their MRI is able to include a Medicare rebate if it met the criteria. Read the referral to the receptionist who was exceptionally dismissive and simply stated it won’t be covered however refused to elaborate on what was the issue, robotic response. Another clinic I was able to book, and upon reading the referral it was booked with no issues. Very clearly met the criteria
