My worst ultrasound experience here. The lady who did my ultrasound she was so unprofessional. They even sent my wrong report to hospital. We had to call so many times.
One lady at the reception desk was very very rude to me! She was asking me personal information at the open space full of people! She was also adamant to give me copies of my referrals. Worst of all she sent my results to the wrong medical centre and my doctor was waiting even after he clearly marked them as urgent! I had to cancel my appointment. Now i'm still following up on the results. Could somebody teach the Caucasian older lady with glasses at the reception on how to handle patients and have some decency? I'm so angry... read more
The staff behind the doors are lovely. The problem is reception. They are extremely rude to elders and those who don’t speak English as well. They have no patience for people who need help.
Highly recommended this clinic. Great & professional service from both reception and technician. They made me feel very comfortable.
A big thank you for the lovely lady at the reception who inspite of me forgetting to bring the referral form ,contacted my gp and got the referral form faxed so that I could have my procedure done.Thank you for taking your time to do that .You could have easily cancelled it but you chose to help me.Thank you
