I've been here for any scans I require and have always had a positive experience. Unlike many other clinics, you are greeted upon arrival and Jack at reception is always upbeat with a smile. His energy and demeanor is a welcome change. The radiographers and sonographers have also been very thorough and helpful. Results were received within the given time frame as promised. Highly recommend booking in to the Canning Vale branch!
I recently visited here to have two MRI's, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. The guy at the reception was very helpful and efficient, ensuring I was aware of the costs. The radiology technicians were equally amazing. They explained the procedure clearly and took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized, further adding to the overall sense of comfort.
Having had many x-rays, ct scans and image guided injections. I highly recommend IMed. From the front Staff through to the Cleaner they are super efficient, always smiling and quick. I have never had a problem and always leave happy and have never had to wait after my appointment time. Thank you Canning Vale IMed and Jake.....
