I've exclusively used Imed Indooroopilly for my scans/xrays for many years now. Professional and friendly front desk staff, skilled and attentive tech staff that make you feel at ease through any procedure. Quality of reports are praised by my GP and specialists. Everyone just works so well together in the patient's best interests. Would recommend highly.
Worst customer service. Took the day off from work on a specific day listening to I-Med staff saying the report will be ready on that day. When arrived at the GP, the report nor the scan images were delivered by I-Med. They charge the most compared to other places but doesn't not deliver on time. When call up, they blame you for their lack of service and professionalism. Please go to another place if you can. No accountability or responsibility.

The sonographer Kathy and radiologist Dr Neeta were both kind and gentle throughout the ultrasound process. Wonderful service and friendly staff!
