I recently visited I-Med Radiology at St Vincents Private Hospital, 240 Hoppers Lane for a cortisone injection. I could have not been more satisfied with the care and attention to detail afforded to me by the staff. Shout out to (and I hope I got your names right) Victoria, Tailah, Johnathon and the CT guy, sorry can't remember yours. Thanks again so much for your outstanding professionalism. Something not always afforded these days. Highly recommend the I-Med team.
After reading the evaluations of Imed, I assumed the service would be really awful but when I went for my scans the service and the staff were great with a nice service.
I had my 20w scan today with Margaret who was fantastic! She explained everything and was very thorough and printed off lots of photos for us, thanks again Margaret (I’ll be seeing if I can request her for my other scans)
Spoke to a very very rude guy.
Worst experience! They told me to reschedule my ultrasound because I was late. I got out early from work just for this. So rescheduling would not have helped . They could have told me while I was booking the appointment that I can't be late at any circumstances. At one side they understood why I was late still did not want to do the ultrasound because they would run out of their time. I can't be more disappointed than this.
