The staff at this branch of I Med were very efficient and helpful. I only had to wait a few minutes to go in for my scan and it was a busy day.
Hospital doctor didn’t have time to write codes on the referral form. Imed know the codes very well but won’t do an X-ray unless someone else spoon feeds them the codes they already know. They had the referral well in advance, but didn’t let me know they were going to refuse service. Made me take time off work and come in for the appointment before telling me to go somewhere else.
Booking online was easy. Friendly and courteous staff at Mentone, prompt service with results sent through quickly
As to be expected, prompt and totally professional service with a pleasant technician using state of the art equipment.
