I want to sincerely thank the wonderful team at IMED Mentone, especially the incredible front desk administrator, Michaela (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name). Thanks to her kindness and dedication, I was able to get two scans for my mum despite the challenging circumstances. I was flustered because I had misplaced one of the referrals, but Michaela went above and beyond to help. Felt safe, heard and comfortable during my visit. Highly recommend Long and the clinic for such quality of care and empowerment.
Just updating the review to say in person customer service was excellent. Just the phone line automation part needs to be simplified I think
I had a very poor experience at this centre. Made an appointment for 2pm arrived early to ensure I had all my details accurate as this was my first visit. 2:15pm they told me it was gong to another 5 min until I could get seen. On the plus side one of the receptionist was sitting on her phone texting while she was on the phone to another person who I assume was a friend.
