I had a really disappointing experience during my anomaly scan. My husband and I were very excited for this special moment, but it didn’t go the way we expected at all. We arrived about 5 minutes late and sincerely apologised, but the sonographer was rude from the beginning. His behaviour throughout the scan felt unprofessional and unfriendly. I had a really bad experience here. The customer service was poor and the staff member I dealt with was rude and unhelpful. Definitely not recommended
I had my 20-week morphology scan today and had such a great experience. Emma, was incredibly thorough and took her time with every part of the scan. She explained everything clearly and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. My baby was being very stubborn, which made some parts harder to capture, especially the heart, but Emma stayed so patient, professional and kind the entire time. Radiologist was fine, but reception environment was very unwelcoming and looked like an activist organisation. It should go without saying there is no discrimination in radiology, why the propaganda flags and signs?
