Very poor customer service. I would go to the other one in town next time.
Horrible experience. Both reception staff were coughing and spluttering blowing their nose to the point I seen others put a mask on. Appointment was 15 minutes late. Don’t go to work if you are at risk of getting others sick!
Very disappointed with the booking system I’ve now been rescheduled twice for pregnancy ultrasound’s with very little notice even though both times I’ve booked well and truly in advance and then being moved on to another location for later on in the week which has resulted in me having to also reschedule my antenatal appointment and to be treated like this is no big deal is even more frustrating
