Kirsty was so lovely, gentle, and professional when doing an X-ray on my 7-month-old. She was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure my baby was comfortable throughout the whole process. We really appreciated her calm and caring manner.
Got in quick for a CT scan. Friendly service, and best of all bulk billed!
2 mins late they refused to see me. The lady who was assigned to do my scan literally walked into the office to collect her next patient the second I walked in the door. They could see that I was physically challenged, with a broken foot as I walked through the door. She saw that I was late and said 'no, I'm not doing that now!' Id like to congratulate Sue for her service and help yesterday afternoon in securing a lightning fast reschedule due to a doctors error on the paperwork. Sue was very helpful and provided a great experience for IMed. This morning I was looked after by Beth in my exam and she was extremely professional, friendly and to the point which I love. Thanks - IMed surely has good hiring quality. 10/10.
