Disappointed experience with Pelvic Ultrasound. Avoid this one if it is your first attempt to there. 1. Minimum effort did the admin team try to inform the customer. My Phone number was dated so they didn’t get through but They couldn’t bother to email for an important reminder (GP referral was not valid). Not the Rosny Branch - but I-MED generally. I had an open referral and chose to book with I-MED. After having the scan and chasing up results with my doctor 3-days later, I was then informed that reporting on scans will take 2-weeks. If I'd been told this when booking, I would have gone elsewhere. When I rang up I-MED to enquire, I was informed the wait for reporting is 'commonly known' and thats the reason I wasn't told when booking. Pathetic third rate service. Referred for federal government funded lung scan. After x-ray was told x-ray diagnostic was outsourced. And to get results I had to log online and obtain via patient portal. I requested results via email or post and was refused. I was told via email in a patronising tone that my GP would get me results 7-10 days before me, and then I the subservient patient could obtain results afterwards. Kirsty was so lovely, gentle, and professional when doing an X-ray on my 7-month-old. She was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure my baby was comfortable throughout the whole process. We really appreciated her calm and caring manner.
Got in quick for a CT scan. Friendly service, and best of all bulk billed!
