Was originally advised to book with CQ radiology however they were very booked out. CQ recommended this place and when I phoned they said my appointment was bulk billed because I had a referral. When I got there the lady told me the scan would be $292 ! In absolute shock I just say okay and for the fact that these scans need to be done at a certain gestation what was I meant to do. Get takin into the room where there’s not even a tv to see your baby and have to almost pop your eyeball out to look behind your head at the sono... read more
Staff are always lovely and accommodating, clinic is always clean and tidy, have never waited more then 15 mins and the sonographers have always been friendly and always made me feel comfortable 😊 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! 👍
Done waste your time came in at 3.35 got told a bit of delay will be a 40 min delay if I stayed and waited made an appointment for X-ray at 4.20 came back in 4.15 for my booking then waited and sat around for more than an hour….finally got in at 5.30 what an absolute joke…. I suggest go else where would be quicker….
Friendly staff but whilst promoting an inclusive environment, misgendered me with the wrong title using Mr instead of Ms.
