What an inhumane bunch. They said to email in my referral and someone would call in 2-3 days. Day 4 I emailed and asked if they could confirm if they had received my referral as I was worried that I used wrong email address. I am living in pain and I just needed to know it was for no reason. Day 5 I emailed again. And asked for a response. Just a 'yes you are inline.' Day 6 I rang again. This time they said it takes 5-7 days for a response. Double the time from first phone call but OK. Took them 10 days to find out that they won't be able to provide the service requested and stated "you should have called us before." I was on call for 1 hour before deciding to hang up because I found the appointment online. Could have easily fixed the issue 8f I was given more time instead just a 6 day notice. Now I won't be able to get the scan done in time anywhere and I'll miss this big scan that's needed in time. No wonder people travel interstate for medical needs.
