Had the worst experience for doing a chest xray for a visa medical. Asked them couple of times whether is it safe to do a X-ray at a later stage in pregnancy. They said yes even the healthcare provider bupa said yes. When the radiologist was about to do it, he also said it’s safe to do so and do not cause any harm to the baby. He just asked maybe one of the senior staff for consent form. She came outside asked my wife to change and said that I need to wait outside. The place is good, but the girl who works in reception today (11/03/26) at around 12pm, was very rude with me. She didn't even ask in the whole sentence, just only 1, few words and of course no "please" was added. I thought she had a bad day, but she was really nice with the person after me. Hope this situation can be solved! Thank u!
What an inhumane bunch. They said to email in my referral and someone would call in 2-3 days. Day 4 I emailed and asked if they could confirm if they had received my referral as I was worried that I used wrong email address. I am living in pain and I just needed to know it was for no reason. Day 5 I emailed again. And asked for a response. Just a 'yes you are inline.' Day 6 I rang again. This time they said it takes 5-7 days for a response. Double the time from first phone call but OK.
