I was waiting for an US and XR appointment for 2.5 weeks. They called me on the morning of the procedure to confirm the appointment. Then an hour later i got a message saying they cancelled it. I called and apparently noone is available to do my US due to staff not going to work (they must have known that before they called as it was already during business hours). Want to thank the staff at this centre!! Went to see if we could collect a hard copy of an x-ray, and the reception lady was so helpful and friendly! THANKS!!
Friendly, efficient. Unfortunately like every where getting the report to the referring GP/Specialist takes upto 2-3 weeks.
