Absolutely disgusting treatment my doctor gave me a referral and this place has assumed im after a 20 weeks scan which it isn't its before 20 weeks and they ended up hanging up on me 2 times today! I ended up balling my eyes out during the phone call trying to explain what ultrasound referral ive got the reception even tried telling me what was on my paper work! Absolutely appalling customer service! They either simply ignore callers or just put you permanently on hold to avoid being contacted by phone. Don’t bother calling this apathetic mob, go elsewhere
They managed to fit me in at the last minute right on closing time so I wouldn’t have to drive back in another day as I live out of town. I was so grateful for their hospitality and good service. Thank you
Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent experience.
