We have been using I-Med Claims for almost one year and within the first few months we could see improvement in collections, especially on older previously denied claims. The I-Med team has a great follow-up process to help ensure denied claims are immediately re-worked. The staff is incredibly responsive to emails and they always make themselves available for follow-up calls. We are very happy with the team at I-Med Claims and the positive results achieved!
