MacDonald came to 'service' our (fully working!) boiler. The boiler has been pretty much trouble-free for years but has now broken down within 48 hours of him 'servicing' it. It's an old boiler due for replacement soon so this could be a coincidence. We'll never know now but I can guess.... I phoned him quite reasonably to see if he could come back and check his work. His attitude is a disgrace. Unprofessional and disrespectful. He didn't even pretend to be interested and actually hung up. We now have no heating or hot water... read more
Had to get our boiler serviced as well as a mysterious leak around our toilet sorted and got in touch with Ian. Ian did a great job, tidy working man, very polite and happy to educate us as new homeowners. Highly recommend.
