Needed a replacement mixer shower, contacted Ian and he had the job done 2 days later. He also repaired my wash basin unit which had been wrongly installed, resulting in it coming off the wall .Professional, quick and friendly service. Would definitely recommend Ian and I would use him again.
Called Ian on a whim to arrange a viewing of moving some plumbing around and upgrading. Made an appointment for 5 days later, superb service from a busy professional. Came into the property, made recommendation that full boiler system requires replacement and all at an incredibly reasonable cost. This included the roof flashing, the new pipe work, upgrading the electric shower to a mains shower. Capped off a gas fire whilst in the property and nothing I asked was an issue. 10/10. I am really pleased to have used this service, courteous, professional and efficient . The pricing was very fair and Iain arrived on time . I would highly recommend Iain, especially when it seems difficult to find a decent trades person,you can trust .
Our boiler needed a repair. I called Ian this morning and he was out to us in just a couple of hours. He assessed the boiler issue, ordered parts and returned very quickly. The boiler was fixed and also serviced our boiler! We highly recommend Ian and will continue to use Ian for servicing. Thank you Ian!
Phoned Ian yesterday morning he came out in the afternoon to assess the boiler unfortunately for me I needed a new boiler he made all the relevant calls was back prompt this morning and fitted the new boiler he is very efficient and professional at his work I now have a new boiler in place with minimum upheaval I highly recommend him 5 star rating
